What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, you’ll need to get in touch with your chosen courier. For UK orders, both Royal Mail and DPD will leave an ‘attempted delivery note’ to give you the option of rescheduling an alternative delivery date. If you have chosen DPD delivery, you’ll receive updates on your delivery via text to ensure you don’t miss it.

Please note: You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you fail to claim your delivery and the item is redirected to us you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.

All international orders will receive tracking data for you to track exactly when your parcel will arrive. If you miss this, you’ll be able to reschedule via your chosen courier.

Is there a cut off for next day deliveries?

In order to successfully receive a next day item, you’ll need to make your purchase before 12pm. This is to ensure we can process all orders before the daily parcel collection.

How do I return my item? (UK ORDERS)

To access the Royal Mail return service, please click here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3480  Please note, our free returns service only applies to the print at home labels or the print at Post Office QR code scanning. If you choose the Royal Mail collection service you will face a further charge that is handled by Royal Mail.

Any item returned must arrive in a condition that can be resold, please contact us regarding damaged items at hello@barneysoriginals.com. We advise keeping a shipment recipt for all return shipments – just in case! Our free returns service is traceable and you will receive a tracking code for your return. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of recipt.

How do I return my item? (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

We do not offer free returns for international orders. To return the item at your own cost you will need to send it to 12 Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8QG. If you are unsure of your measurements and would like to double check the exact size of an item before purchasing to avoid returns cost, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please mark your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on all customs forms to avoid extra charges. We will not be held responsible for any extra charge and this may cause your item to be sent back to you.

We aim to issue all refunds within 5 days of receiving your returned item (working days). All international returns are refunded – we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a replacement you will need to reorder your item.

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days to try your item from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with tags, unworn and in a resalable condition.

This is extended during the festive period. Update 2023: Any item ordered between November 1st and December 22nd is entitled to our extended returns policy. You will have until January 31st 2024 to return your order,

How soon will I receive a refund?

We aim to process your refund within 24hrs of receiving your returned item. However, various payment providers may take longer to credit your account. Paypal funds usually arrive in 24hrs. Payments via the Stripe gateway can take up to 5 – 8 working days to appear in your account.
