For UK customers:
Free – (4 – 6) working days processing. Orders over £50 tracked – under £50 Royal Mail Second Class
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.99 – (Not next day guaranteed order before 12pm GMT): £2.99
Express – Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.99 – (Not next day guaranteed order before 12pm GMT): £6.99
Next working day DPD – Guaranteed – £7.99 (ORDER BEFORE 12pm GMT): £7.99
For international customers
Please note – all international customers will be responsible for any duties and taxes occurred.
Europe: Temporarily suspended.
USA: Flat rate £24.99. Plus duties and taxes. 5 – 12 days.
Australia & Oceania: Flat rate £29.99. Plus duties and taxes. 5 – 18 days.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, you’ll need to get in touch with your chosen courier. For UK orders, both Royal Mail and DPD will leave an ‘attempted delivery note’ to give you the option of rescheduling an alternative delivery date. If you have chosen DPD delivery, you’ll recieve updates on your delivery via text to ensure you don’t miss it.
All international orders will receive tracking data for you to track exactly when your parcel will arrive. If you miss this, you’ll be able to reschedule via your chosen courier.

Is there a cut off for next day deliveries?
In order to successfully receive a next day item, you’ll need to make your purchase before 12pm. This is to ensure we can process all orders before the daily parcel collection.
How do I return my item? (UK ORDERS)
To receive a free returns label please visit: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3480 and fill in a short survey with your order details You’ll then be able to print off a free returns label. Your return will be tracked, so keep a shipping recipt for your own records. We aim to issue all refunds within 48hrs (working days). Some payment providers may take longer to confirm – (Paypal can take up to 48hrs to credit your account – Stripe can take 3 – 5 days). Any item returned must arrive in a condition that can be resold, please contact us regarding damaged items at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return my item? (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We do not offer free returns for international orders. To return the item at your own cost you will need to send it to 12 Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8QG. If you are unsure of your measurements and would like to double check the exact size of an item before purchasing to avoid returns cost, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please mark your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on all customs forms to avoid extra charges. We will not be held responsible for any extra charge and this may cause your item to be sent back to you.
We aim to issue all refunds within 48hrs of receiving your returned item (working days). All international returns are refunded – we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a replacement you will need to reorder your item.
How long do I have to return my item?
You have 30 days to try your item from the date of purchase.
How soon will I receive a refund?
We aim to process your refund within 24hrs of receiving your returned item. However, various payment providers may take longer to credit your account. Paypal funds usually arrive in 24hrs. Payments via the Stripe gateway can take up to 5 – 8 working days to appear in your account.
