SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping options. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION.

For UK customers
Next Working Day – VIP Dispatch – DPD Courier: £6.99 (order before 3pm)
4 – 6 working days process –  Royal Mail first class service: FREE for UK customers (Extended processing over Christmas)

If ordered after 3pm on a Friday, your parcel will be shipped on the next working day.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY – The final day to ensure your item arrives before Christmas is December 20th via DPD next day delivery. Due to the demands on Royal Mail at this time of year, we cannot promise that any parcel sent via our free delivery will arrive by the 25th.

Between December 23rd and January 6th, we will be operating a 4 – 6 day processing extension on all orders to ease pressure on our staff at this time of year. Our customer service phone lines will not be in operation and you will need to contact us directly via our email hello@barneysoriginals.com.

For European customers
We deliver to a select number of European destinations via DPD & DHL depending on the best shipping cost for you.

International Royal Mail – £12.99 to the EU (7 – 12 working days)
Covering: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

DHL recorded delivery – £20 (3 -12 day ship)
Covering: Romania

We do not offer free returns for international customers and all duties & taxes must be covered by the customer.

For American customers
International Rest of the World – £24.99 flat rate (4 – 12 working days)

Please see enclosed leaflet for customers – when returning an item you must state that it is ‘RETURNED GOODS’ or else you will incur further customs charges on your returned item. This may further delay your item from reaching us and exchanges for you.

SHIPPING FAQ

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, you’ll need to get in touch with your chosen courier. For UK orders, both Royal Mail and DPD will leave an ‘attempted delivery note’ to give you the option of rescheduling an alternative delivery date. If you have chosen DPD delivery, you’ll recieve updates on your delivery via text to ensure you don’t miss it.

All international orders will receive tracking data for you to track exactly when your parcel will arrive. If you miss this, you’ll be able to reschedule via your chosen courier.

Is there a cut off for next day deliveries?

In order to successfully receive a next day item, you’ll need to make your purchase before 3pm. This is to ensure we can process all orders before the daily parcel collection.

How do I return my item? (UK ORDERS)

To receive a free returns label please visit: www.royalmail.com/returns Then select SHORES as the retailer this will enable you to print the free returns label. Please return your item to SHORES, 12 Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8QG. Once received, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 24hrs. Some payment providers may take longer to confirm – (Paypal can take up to 48hrs to credit your account – Stripe can take 3 – 5 days). Any item returned must arrive in a condition that can be resold, please contact us regarding damaged items at hello@barneysoriginals.com.

How do I return my item? (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

We do not offer free returns for international orders. To return the item at your own cost you will need to send it to 12 Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8QG. If you are unsure of your measurements and would like to double check the exact size of an item before purchasing to avoid returns cost, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please mark your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on all customs forms to avoid extra charges. We will not be held responsible for any extra charge and this may cause your item to be sent back to you.

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days to try your item from the date of purchase.

How soon will I receive a refund?

We aim to process your refund within 24hrs of receiving your returned item. However, various payment providers may take longer to credit your account.
