Please note, we are strictly online only and do not take payment over the phone for in person. How do I return my item? (International)Jess WilbyUnfortunately we do not currently offer a free returns service at Barneys Originals for international customers. All parcels must be returned at your own cost - covering duties and taxes - to the following address: 12 STOCKS STREET, MANCHESTER, M8 8QG Your item will be refunded upon arrival. Should you wish to exchange your item you will need to reorder and pay for the cost of shipping.

Please print off a label for our Manchester warehouse here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3480 Please include a note within your parcel with you name, order number and explain if you'd like a replacement or refund.
How do you protect my data?Jess WilbyWe do not keep a copy of your billing details, but we do keep a record of your billing address and shipping address for our own invoice records. These are kept digitally in the back end of our website and can only be accessed by authorised members. How long do refunds take?Jess WilbyWe aim to process refunds within 48 hours of your returned item arriving. Depending on the payment gateway you use, the time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account will differ. Payments made via Paypal - This can take 48hrs, but we find it is much quicker. Payments made via Stripe - This can take 5 - 8 days once processed, depending on your own personal banking. Before returning you item, please take a look at our UK & international return policy.

£10 off orders over £90 with the code BF10Shoppers can only apply one code to their basket. Shoppers can only use each code once. None of our Black Friday codes can be used in conjuction with other discount codes. Each code cannot be swapped for currency and can only be applied on orders made on our website made between Friday 27th (00:01am GMT) - Monday 30th (11:59pm). The code must be applied upon checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous or future orders. This code is valid on all items on our website, including those already discounted. If an item is returned and your order value drops below the voucher threshold you will receive a partial refund for your item.
What is your returns policy?Jess WilbyWithin 30 days of your purchase, you may return your item in a resalable condition for refund or exchange. In the rare event that you have received a faulty item we will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange. We cannot be held responsible for damage that has occurred due to incorrectly following care label advice. As a general rule, we say to wipe clean all jackets only.
