For Barneys Originals goods that have been despatched by us via ASOS.com, you can access our free return labels here.

Any goods that are returned without tags with signs of use will be rejected. Please ensure that only Barneys Originals goods are returned via this service exclusively. We cannot assist with returns pertaining to other branded product.

All international orders can be returned to: 12 Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8QG International orders are not covered by our free returns service. We do not offer an international return service and returns must be arranged at the cost of the customer. We must also advise that goods are marked with CN22 forms stating RETURNED GOODS to avoid further customs charges. Any duties inured during your return shipment will be the customer’s responsibility and removed from your final refund.

All customers shopping with Secret Sales will be able to access the Secret Sales return system via their Secret Sales account. This service is arranged by the retailer directly and charges may apply.

We cannot accept any Secret Sales goods sent directly to us – all returns must be arranged by the retailer. Items ordered via Secret Sales but not returned via their direct return service will be rejected.

All Silkfred customers are required to initiate a return with Silkfred directly. This can be done using the Silkfred returns portal. Charges apply and will be deducted from your refund.
