Third-Party Retailer Returns

You can manage your returns and refunds directly from your account.

For all DOMESTIC UK orders placed via BarneysOriginals.com, you can return your item in two ways:

Click here to return via Royal Mail

Please note that returns must be actioned within 30 days of your order being received. Goods must be returned with tags, unworn, in a resellable condition. Upon receiving your goods, a £2.99 admin fee will be deducted from your return per parcel, so we advise returning all unwanted goods within the same package to avoid further delays or charges.

For all INTERNATIONAL orders, returns will need to be arranged at your own cost to the following address:

BARNEYS ORIGINALS
12 Stocks Street,
Manchester,
M8 8QG

We recommend stating your return as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on all CN22 forms to avoid further duties and taxes when exporting your return to the UK. Any duties and taxes charged throughout the journey will be the responsibility of the customer, failure to pay these fees will lead to your item being returned to sender and your refund being denied.

All Amazon returns must be actioned via Amazon. To do this, please head to your order history and select your Barneys Originals order. Then select ‘Return Item’ and you will have access to the Amazon Evri return service. For a full guide on returning your item, click here.

We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt.
