What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, you’ll need to get in touch with your chosen courier.

Please note: You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you fail to claim your delivery and the item is redirected to us, you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.

All international orders will receive tracking data for you to track exactly when your parcel will arrive. If you miss this, you’ll be able to reschedule via your chosen courier.

Is there a cut off for next day deliveries?

In order to successfully receive a next-day item, you’ll need to make your purchase before 1pm. This is to ensure we can process all orders before the daily parcel collection.

UK Shipping

• Free - Tracked EVRI service - up to 4 working days (Orders over £50)
  
• Next Working Day - DPD (Order before 12pm) - £8.99
• EVRI Express Ship - 2-4 working days (Order before 1pm noon GMT) - £2.99

International Shipping

We ship to a wide range of countries via GFS International Tracked. Delivery typically takes up to 9 working days from dispatch.

Please note:

• All international orders exclude duties and taxes. You may be required to pay additional import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
• We do not offer free international returns – return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
